Connemara
Connemara has long been considered to be among the most beautiful spots in Ireland. The main town of Connemara is Clifden. The coast consists of many peninsulas. There are numerous islands off the coast of Connemara – Inishbofin, Omey, Inishark, High Island, Friars Island, Feenish and Mweenish. The Twelve Bens mountains and the Owenglin River are located in Connemara. The natural terrain and unspoilt landscape ensures its place amongst Ireland’s most popular visitor attractions.
